Hanoi issues regulations on recovery of investment capital for urban underground works
The recovery of investment capital includes cable culverts, trenches and technical tunnels in Hanoi city.
The Hanoi People's Committee has recently issued regulations on recovery of investment capital for underground infrastructure works in the city.
Accordingly, the investment capital for underground technical infrastructure works must ensure the recovery of investment capital for the city after deducting management, maintenance and benefits of the organizations and individuals in the operation, management, maintenance and use.
The recovery of investment capital includes cable culverts, trenches and technical tunnels in the city. It is irrespective of budget capital and non-budget capital for the installation and underground laying of lines and cables in the city.
The recovery of investment capital through lease contracts is signed between the parties according to the unit price prescribed in this regulation.
