Hanoi makes efforts to complete socio-economic targets of 2017

The Hanoi People’s Committee has just granted the Official Letter No. 1284/TB-UBND on stating the conclusion of the People’s Committee at the conference on evaluating duty results in October as well as deploying key missions in the remaining months of 2017.




 

Under the Official Letter, in the remaining months of the year, Hanoi will continue well implementing missions assigned by the Government, the Party Committee, the People’s Council and the People’s Committee; maintaining the implementation of the year of administrative discipline 2017; drastically deploying major tasks to complete and exceed targets of the socio – economic development in 2017, especially focusing on targets of the budget revenue and expenditure. 

In addition, departments, sectors and Project Management Boards are tasked to cooperate with localities to remove difficulties, shortcomings to accelerate the construction of key works, projects; drastically enhance measures for capital disbursement of the state budget.



Besides, the Capital City will well serve political, economic and cultural events, grand conferences of the Central and the city, such as the fourth session of the 14th National Assembly, receptions for heads of states who pay working visits to Hanoi on the occasion of APEC 2017, ceremony to mark the 100th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917-2017), conference on trade connection between Ha Noi and localities, etc.

Furthermore, the city will also strictly deploy conclusions of Government Inspectorate, State Audit, Municipal Inspector; Directive No. 20/CT-TTg dated May 17, 2017 of the Prime Minister on rectifying inspection activities for businesses.

Departments of Construction, Transport in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Trade will review and issue licenses for units in charge of carrying out the project on putting the power lines underground; direct the units to cooperate with localities to synchronously implement projects in pavement improvement to avoid negative affects for environment in the areas.
