The Hanoi Times - Hanoi’s authority said that it is ready to provide pilot online business registration service at the site idkt.thuevietnam.com.vn on www.hanoi.gov.vn.
The service runs on the software called i-DKT developed by the city’s Office of Tax and the Department of Planning and Investment.
The software is piloted for online registration of business and tax code at the Business Registration Office 3 at
Beneficiaries include all new liability-limited companies with two members or more, joint-stock companies or private enterprises which are established and entitled to the management of the Office 3.
Businesses can look for legal instructions, log in and declare information for their establishment. Business owners can also keep track of the processing progress and acquire online instructions to correct the documents.
Forms are also available online so that enterprises can download, print, fill and hand in the documents to acquire Business Registration Certificates in a duration of time 1-2 days shorter.
Software i-DKT is expected to reduce paperwork pressure, minimize direct transactions and save time for businesses.
The online business registration service is expected to be applied throughout the city after one month.
