Hanoi reveals 108-storey financial tower planned for Nhat Tan-Noi Bai route
KTĐT - Hanoi People's Committee held a ceremony at the Dong Anh district on June 23 to announce a detailed master plan for the Nhat Tan-Noi Bai route, also known as Vo Nguyen Giap road, located in the districts of Dong Anh and Soc Son.

Attending the event was Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung.According to the plan, the Nhat Tan - Noi Bai route has a total length of 11.7 km beginning at Noi Bai Airport and ending at Nhat Tan Bridge, and spanning an area of 1,810 hectares of 13 communes in Dong Anh and Soc Son districts which already have a total population of 140,000.

A highlight of the project will be the Phuong Trach financial skyscraper with up to 108 floors.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung said that the Red River area and Dong Anh district will be developed becoming the new, important and important urban areas of the capital of Hanoi.
The Chairman stressed that the project, approved by the Prime Minister, is very significant to Hanoi as it helps the city boost trade links with its adjacent localities and the world at large through Noi Bai International Airport.

The Nhat Tan - Noi Bai route will become a new modern and ecological space of the capital city with a 108-storey financial tower to become its focal point.
A range of public services will be offered in the background of natural landscapes created by the Hong, Thiep and Ca Lo Rivers.
According to the master plan of Nhat Tan - Noi Bai route, future and current constructions located along the new road must be followed by a comprehensive plan which can harmonise existing and new developments.
The urban areas would consist of a gateway focusing on industry, trade and agriculture, a riverside urban zone, and an ecological urban area. An ASEAN "cultural village" and exhibition centre and a financial tower will be also constructed.
The Nhat Tan - Noi Bai extends from the Nam Hong intersection to National Highway 12 and the North Thang Long-Noi Bai intersection, targeting to create development momentums for localities in the northern part of the Red River and adjacent areas.
