The plan aims to further enhance popularization of law among employees and employers in enterprises in Hanoi in association with inspection and examination, thus putting the law on labor into practice.
Hanoi to popularize law for employees and employers in enterprises

It is expected that by 2020, popularization is will be provided to 95% of laborers and employers in all kinds of enterprises and 100% of cooperatives under model of enterprises, focusing on new law regulations and relevant legal regulations relating to operation of enterprises, rights and obligations of employees.
Special attention is paid to state management of labor, labor contract, wages, social insurance, dialogues at workplaces, collective negotiation, collective labor agreement, labor discipline, material liability for labor subleasing, regulations on specific labor, trade union, labor dispute and strike settlement.
The project is implemented from the first quarter of 2018 to the end of 2021 as following:
In the first and second quarters of 2018: Popularizing and implementing the plan in agencies and unions of Hanoi, districts and towns; compiling popularization documents and papers;
In the third and fourth quarters of 2018: Popularizing particular topics on law on labor; organize contest on law on labor for employees;
From 2019 to 2021: Continuing popularization of labor law and other legal regulations on laborers and employees in enterprises, cooperatives under the model of enterprises and foreign business representative offices in Hanoi.
