In the last term, Hanoi National Assembly Delegation has completed political tasks, well-performed tasks and powers as prescribed by law, there are many positive contributions in the fields of activity of the National Assembly, demonstrating the role the Capital's NA Delegation and voters recognized, appreciated.
The highlight is the construction activities being implemented by positive law, methodical, intellectual mobilization of the participants, the team of experts and stakeholders, the impact of the law. The Capital's NA Delegation held a consultation on 93 draft laws, resolutions, notably organized extensive opinion on the Draft of People's Constitution, the Criminal Code (Amendment), Civil Law (Amendment) and so on.
At the review, Chief of Hanoi's NA Delegation Pham Quang Nghi said that there are the results as above-mentioned, in addition to the efforts of the National Assembly MPs, high sense of responsibility of the leaders of the Capital's NA Delegation, the general staff, dedication, responsibility of the Office, also including the direction of the Party, the coordination, actively supported by the Permanent People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee and other city departments, agencies, districts and towns.
Especially, important reason is the atmosphere of living democracy, openness, Congress MPs in the Capital's NA Delegation has the right to freely express personal views in a constructive spirit, sense of responsibility. Team Leader of the Capital's NA Delegation thanks to the leaders of the Congress, Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the bodies of Hanoi with numerous voters who have supported capital, facilitate MPs, the NA Session XIII to complete the task.
Based on the results of operations of the Union, in the future, Mr. Pham Quang Nghi proposed Standing People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee to continue coordinating with the City's National Assembly Delegation in organizing the activities of the Delegation; providi the information necessary for the Capital's NA Delegation to perform the function of monitoring the implementation of the Constitution and the law; the promulgation and implementation of legal texts, especially the organization of elections to the National Assembly in 2016-2021 tenure in the city.
Pham Quang Nghi also desired after the end of term of the National Assembly XIII, National Assembly elections XIV, whether or not re-elected delegates, in his capacity as public, the Congress position always fulfill our responsibility that the Party, the People's trust, entrust, continue to bring energy, contribute to build intellectual capital and the country.
