The hustle and bustle has vanished from Hanoi's streets due to business restriction order.
Hanoi’s streets become even more deserted than Tet holidays after the city government ordered non-essential businesses to shut until April 15.
Hoan Kiem lake area, the heart of the city, is desolate as Hanoians comply with the government instruction of not leaving home out of necessity, given the complicated pandemic situation in Hanoi with high risk of contagion. |
