Hanoi's streets glow for the Lunar New Year

Red flags, banners, slogans, posters, and large panels have graced the streets of Hanoi as the Lunar New Year approaches.

These days, the streets of Hanoi have been brilliantly decorated with flags, flowers and banners to welcome the Lunar New Year and celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - 2025).

Decorations and propaganda posters are arranged in many central areas.

In the Thong Nhat Park area, large billboards read "Unity is the precious tradition of our Party and the people" in celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).

A large billboard welcomes the New Year 2025 and commemorates the CPV's 95th anniversary at the headquarters of the Hanoi People's Committee.

Trang Tien Street is embellished with flags, flowers, and LED lights, creating a joyful atmosphere to welcome the new year 2025.

Small streets are also festively decorated with red flags with yellow stars to welcome the new year.
