Hai also underlined the robust development of Hanoi's people-to-people diplomacy, which is supported by key directives such as the Secretariat's Directive No. 12-CT/TW dated January 5, 2022, on “Strengthening the Party's leadership to improve the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy in the new context,” the Hanoi Party Committee's Circular No. 05-TT/TU dated May 23, 2022, and the HAUFO Congress Resolution for the 2022–2027 term. These documents provide a clear framework for enhancing the Party's leadership to strengthen people-to-people diplomacy in Hanoi.
At the conference, a representative from the Party's Commission for Communication and Education delivered a presentation on the theoretical and practical values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy.
Based on the content presented, participants engaged in lively discussions, focusing on practical issues and strategies to apply Ho Chi Minh's ideology in organizing diverse, flexible, and effective diplomatic activities.
