Twelve international chefs and 12 restaurants will meet up at Hoi An International Food Festival 2016 slated for March 14- 20 at Hoi An Sculpture Garden.
The festival will be the first of its kind in Vietnam, celebrating global food and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
It aims to give participants the chance to savour food from around the world while enjoying a festival atmosphere.
Within the framework of the event, every evening, the participating restaurants will be decorated and themed to the country of the visiting chef. The chefs will prepare traditional dishes from their respective countries.
According to organizers, the event will help introduce local food, thereby popularizing Hoi An images to domestic and international friends.
