There's no need to venture far to destinations like Sa Pa or Da Lat when you can enjoy a unique green escape near Hanoi.
Covered 2,500 square meters, the Homely Land villa features a front lawn with a lush, refreshing green view overlooking mountains and a lake.
There's no need to travel far to places like Sa Pa or Da Lat when you can experience a unique green retreat close to Hanoi.
The villa is equipped with an infinity pool, billiards, foosball, PS4 gaming console, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and children's playground while it’s close to nature, with a stream only 300m away and a forest just a 15-minute walk from the villa. A guide is available for stream trekking, making it ideal for nature enthusiasts.
You can hire a youth band with drums and guitars for a chill evening vibe. In summer, evenings are cool and comfortable, unlike Hanoi's urban heat trapped by concrete. A major highlight is the natural spring water pool, measuring 12m in length and 4m in width, offering a refreshing swim with stunning lake and mountain views. The chemical-free pool water prevents dry hair and skin, something rare among villas near Hanoi.
The villa has 11 rooms, including 3 large bedrooms and 8 smaller ones, all with en-suite bathrooms. On Saturdays, the entire villa is rented out as a whole, with bookings often made a month in advance. However, individual room rentals are also available.
A delicious BBQ with grilled chicken is available or others including pigeon sticky rice, rosemary, and thyme-marinated beef, or sour rib noodle soup or beef stew pho for breakfast options.
