Entitled “ICT - The new paradigm of development for
Topics like national ICT infrastructure, ICT and institutional reform, macro-economic competitiveness, ICT and enterprises’ competitiveness, and ICT and higher education reform, was high on agenda of this year’s event.
According to VINASA Chairman Truong Gia Binh, this year’s summit aims to increase the entire society’s awareness of the viewpoint that ICT is the foundation of the new development model, moving towards a knowledge-based society and fast and sustainable growth.
Initiated by the Viet Nam Software Association (VINASA) in 2011, ICT Summit is the most important event of the country’s software and ICT industry.
