This is the second visit to Vietnam by SAMRAT and the fourth by the Indian Coast Guard’s vessels.
The Vietnam Marine Police Department and the Indian Coast Guard have closely cooperated in improving law enforcement at sea in past years.
The visit demonstrates solidarity and friendship between the people and armed forces of Vietnam and India, creating an opportunity for soldiers from both sides to exchange experience and promote mutual understanding.
