A complete information technology application project was presented to the Office of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee in Vientiane on May 28.

The project was started in 2011 at a total cost of more than US$3 million as a gift from the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee office to the Lao counterpart.
It developed a complete IT infrastructure network supporting the operation and research of Party organisations from the central to grassroots levels in Laos.
