Famous model Kha My Van has become the first Vietnamese model to walk down the catwalk at Paris Haute Couture Week.

She has been working for nearly two weeks in a project by BeU Models and Crystal Model and Slides Models Agency.
After her catwalk on July 7, Van was chosen as the "first face" on the show by French designer Julien Fournie the same day.

The French designer praised Van's professional style as well as her confident walk down the catwalk.
"I cannot express my pride in seeing Van open the show by designer Fournie," Le Quynh Trang, chairperson of BeU Models, which manages and trains models, said. "It's no longer a dream, because today the dream came true when a Vietnamese model walked with confidence at the top fashion show.”
