“King of the Red Carpet” to attend Eiffel Tower fashion show

Model and entrepreneur Jessica Minh Anh will transform the Eiffel Tower into the world’s newest catwalk on 31 October 2014. She has invited the “King of the Red Carpet”, celebrity haute couture designer Hoang Hai, to represent Vietnam on this occasion.

Covering the panoramic view of Paris, the highly anticipated J Autumn Fashion Show will present extraordinary collections from eight countries and mark Jessica’s eighth time creating a catwalk in cities around the world.

Similar to Jessica’s previous fashion phenomena on London’s Tower Bridge, Grand Canyon Skywalk, and One World Trade Center, J Autumn Fashion Show 2014 will present a combination of art, culture, architecture, and fashion. Over 120 haute couture and ready-to-wear pieces from Europe, Asia, and America have been carefully selected for the one-of-a-kind catwalk.

Hoang Hai will premier his dream-like collection, which includes hand-beaded details and creative cuts.

“I am completely mesmerized by Hoang Hai’s designs, which reflect a captivating fusion of materials and colors. You can see a perfect balance between two contradictory states of elegance and boldness,” said Jessica. "He is an expert at accentuating a woman’s body.”

Jessica has worn many of Hoang Hai’s haute couture pieces to the front row at Paris Fashion Week.

Besides Hoang Hai, other participating fashion brands also embrace tradition, yet experiment innovative techniques of modern designs. Bahraini powerhouse Dar Naseem AlAndalos will premier a new breed of haute couture with a French-Moroccan fusion collection.  Emphasizing luxurious caftans and fashion-forward detailing, the mother-daughter team beautifies lavish, modern women.

Hoang Hai has showcased his many exquisite collections in London, Paris, Milan, Florence, Tokyo, and Dubai and dressed stars for Cannes Film Festivals, Miss World, and Miss Universe, among many others. So far, 2014 has been a successful year for Hoang Hai. He organized the Aimer show in Hanoi, Vietnam premiering over 100 magnificent and modern Haute Couture pieces. In September 2014, Hoang Hai visited the President of Republic of Malta, Mrs. Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, at her own Villa, where he welcomed her to his show at the 40-year anniversary of Vietnam and Malta’s relationship celebration.
