Hustle and bustle returns to Hanoi as usual on loosened social distancing orders

Streets in Hanoi are bustling again when local residents leave home for doing exercise outdoor, dining and going for a walk.

As Hanoi eased the social distancing orders from April 23, usual pace of life is returning.  

 Streets in Hanoi are bustling as always, especially during rush hours.
 Fashion shops reopen after three weeks of strictly implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16 on preventive measures to prevent and combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
 Hanoians enjoy the weekend, with a cup of coffee.
 Local residents exercise on the sidewalks of the Cau Giay park. Hung, a 35-year-old man, said he continues jogging after almost a month confined to his home.
“Before the pandemic, I often exercise. However, I had to give it up during the period of social distancing. Now, as the measures are progressively lifted, I could do exercises again, with anti-pandemic measures, of course, "Hung added.

 Starting April 23, lottery ticket vendors in the city return to work.
