Manulife Vietnam launches revamped customer portal that offers new user-friendly experiences
As demand for internet-based services continues to soar, the revamped ManuConnect customer portal offers users an online platform that provides security, simplicity, and convenience.
Manulife Vietnam continues to accelerate its rollout of digital solutions with the launch of the refreshed customer website, delivering an enhanced and simpler platform that makes it easier for the insurer's more than 1 million customers to self-manage their account.
As demand for internet-based services continues to soar, the revamped ManuConnect customer portal offers users an online platform that provides security, simplicity, and convenience.
According to the Manulife Asia Care Survey released in February 2021, respondents from Vietnam claimed they were more open to using digital self-service for less complicated servicing needs.
The survey also showed that 75% of respondents from Vietnam indicated a preference to take more control of their own insurance by digitally managing it themselves.
“In an age of increasingly digital lifestyles and habits, giving customers a choice in how they engage with an insurer and manage their policies is incredibly important. At Manulife Vietnam we have evolved to give customers the option to virtually self-manage their account, anywhere and anytime – ultimately strengthening the user experience,” said Marilyn Wang, Manulife Vietnam Chief Marketing Officer.
“ManuConnect’senhancementsdemonstrate our commitment to continuously improving the lives of customers by providing them with digital experiences that are intuitive, simple, and easy to understand,” added Marilyn.
Designed to offer a fully online servicing experience, the refreshed customer portal is now the single online touchpoint for customers to review and manage their policies. It additionally serves as a knowledge center that stores all the customer’s e-Policies, transaction details, personal information, and claims history.
With improved security features on the revamped portal, customers can now access their account 24/7 and immediately self-update information such as email, phone numbers, or mailing addresses when their personal circumstances change. It also acts as a launchpad for Manulife Vietnam customers to pay premiums and submit claims online.
"Manulife Vietnam continues to pioneer the transformation of the life insurance industry through the launch of its refreshed customer website. Not only does the ManuConnect platform demonstrate our commitment to bringing about meaningful change for customers, but it also shows how we are responding to their needs for a more modern and impactful experience,” said Naren Baliga, Manulife Vietnam Chief Operating Officer.
The customer website forms part of Manulife Vietnam’s Customer Experience Transformation program, helping to enhance and improve every stage of the customer journey with innovative digital solutions and experiences.
Customers can register for access to the new ManuConnect platform in minutes and begin their self-servicing journey.
