The event will create a chance for Mong musical instrument players in Dong Van district to have an exchange with artisans in the province and other areas.
It will be held in Dong Van district of the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang from August 30 - 31.
It also popularise the different forms of performing with the instrument, such as dancing with Khen or Khen blowing.
The festival includes folk games as tree and rope climbing, pole pushing, arrow shooting…, traditional costume shows and local specialties.
Through this event, tourist will have an opportunity to learn more about the musical instruments of Mong ethnic minority group.
