Mongolia`s officials agreed that propaganda will help bring Vietnamese culture closer to Mongolians.
Mongolian National Broadcasting (MNB) and Mongolian News Agency Montsame are preparing for the broadcast of different programs on Vietnam on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the two nations' diplomatic ties.
MNB will air a series of Vietnamese movies, paintings and photographs on Vietnam’s landscapes and people, handicrafts, and specialties, art performances, and cuisine festival.
Activities during the “Vietnam Week” which will be held in Ulaan Baatar in 2019 will be broadcast live.
It’s a pleasure to broadcast programs on Vietnam and its people, MNB’s General Director Ninjjamts Luvsandash said at a meeting earlier this week with Vietnamese Ambassador to Mongolia Doan Thi Huong.
Sharing the same opinion, Badamdorj Ganchimeg, general director of Montsame, said that promoting the images of Vietnam and its people is the agency’s responsibilities and love for Vietnam.
Badamdorj Ganchimeg emphasized the role of news agencies in strengthening the bilateral relations when meeting with the Vietnamese ambassador on December 27. Last year, Montsame and Vietnam News Agency signed an agreement to co-chair events and boost the cooperation between the two countries.
On the same day, the Vietnamese ambassador met with Dr. Dashtsevel, president of the Mongolia-Vietnam Friendship Association, to discuss the preparations for the event.
The ambassador and Mongolian officials agreed that propaganda will help bring Vietnamese culture closer to Mongolians, strongly contributing to the development of economics, investment, and tourism.
