The 9th Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival aims to promote the image of a dynamic Khanh Hoa and its integration efforts to domestic and international friends.
Over 10 activities will be jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other ministries and agencies during the 2019 National Tourism Year and the ninth Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival, Khanh Hoa province's authorities were quoted by Vietnam News Agency as saying at a press conference on April 26.
In 2019, Khanh Hoa province will host the National Tourism Year and the ninth Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival with theme “Color of the Sea”. During the festival, 11 main events and more than 50 other activities will be jointly organized by Khanh Hoa province and nearly 40 activities organized by 14 cities and provinces nationwide on this ocassion.
Meanwhile, the ninth Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival is considered a highlight to respond to the National Tourism Year. The festival will include several special festivals, cultural and artistic activities showing the beauty, culture and people of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa land.
The festival, which is scheduled take place from May 11 to 14, will feature nearly 60 festive and cultural activities and art performances, aiming to promote the culture identity of the locality. Besides, a host of scientific workshops, art exhibitions, and sport events will be held during the festival.
Speaking at a press conference, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dac Tai said that the ninth Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival aims to promote the image of a dynamic Khanh Hoa and its integration efforts to domestic and international friends.
To well prepare for the 2019 National Tourism Year and the ninth Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival, the province has enhanced state management work in relevant fields, and focused on developing infrastructure and upgrading tourism accommodations.
