The Hanoitimes - In Vietnam, 37,984 businesses have been doing e-customs procedures, accounting for 87.3% of the total businesses involving in import-export activities.
Main activities conducted with e-customs are trading, outsourcing and producing exports, temporary import and re-export, investment, and on-the-site import-export.
The number of e-customs entries reached 2.9 million, accounting for 85.3% of the nation’s total.
The turnover through e-customs procedures was US$127.8 billion, making up 86.3% of the nation’s total turnover.
Currently, e-customs procedures have been offered at 100 customs branches throughout Vietnam.
