Dear fellow citizens and Capital soldiers,

Party, Government and the Capital’s people are welcoming Lunar New Year in the proud and exciting atmosphere; The City has completed all comprehensive tasks of 2014, are confidently stepping into the New Year!

 

In the past year, implementing "the year of orderly and civilized urban", Party, Government and the Capital’s people have united together, overcome all difficulties, synchronously implemented all the tasks, paving the significant accomplishment of the objectives of the City’s Congress Party XV, practically in the 60th anniversary of the Capital’s liberation, deserving the love of the whole country. On behalf of the City’s leaders, I would like to warmly thank the great and important contributions of fellow, comrade!

In the sacred moment to welcome the New Year, the Capital’s people will determine to complete top targets, tasks and will successful organize congress at all levels, towards the the City’s Party Congress XVI and the Party’s Congress XII, celebrating the major national holidays, prettifying traditional culture, heroes, peace and friendship.

Celebrating the New Year, on behalf of the City Party Committee, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, I wish you health, happiness, peace and prosperity to the comrades, the Capital’s fellow soldiers, and the beloved son of Thang Long-Hanoi living, learning and working on all parts of the Fatherland and abroad.
