Hanoitimes would like to introduce some pictures of these eletrical cabinets with the new beautiful image by artist Nguyen Trong Nghi from the Hanoi elder photography club.
Hanoi buries electrical and telecommunications cables on 140 streets
Electric cabinets on some streets of Hanoi have been rendered ugly with classified ads and graffiti recently, affecting urban aesthetic. The authorities have made effort to remove them and some artists have volunteered to paint and decorate the boxes to embellish the streets.
