The number of foreign tourists arriving Hanoi by air was 961.3 thousand arrivals, an increase of 20.7% over the same period, arriving by sea and road were 167.8 thousand arrivals, down 30.5%.
In June, the Hanoi's number of foreign tourists was 162,000 arrivals, increasing by 67.9% over the same period of last year. Revenue of hotel and tourism grew by 0.2% compared with last month and an increase of 3% over the same period of last year.
The number of international visitors, who come from some markets higher over the same period were: South Korea (up 61.1%), Thailand (up 25.8%), the US (21.2%).
