According to the General Statistics Office, the number of new realty companies established in the two first months of this year increased by nearly 89 percent against the same period last year.
In the real-estate sector, number of companies resuming operations rose nearly 53 percent in the comparison to the same period a year ago.
The property sector was also the second most attractive destination for foreign direct investment (FDI), reaching about 111.43 million USD, accounting for 9.3 percent of the total FDI into the country during that period, according to the Foreign Investment Agency.
