Now that Viet Nam`s internet penetration rate has reached 45 per cent, Opera Software has joined hands with Viettel to bring Vietnamese without internet onto the web through their mobile devices in 2015.


Opera has teamed up with Viettel to offer new Viettel subscribers access to seven days of free browsing with Opera Mini in a campaign titled One Million Days of Free Internet. It lasts until May 25. Existing subscribers can take advantage of the data package for VND2,000 ($0.09) per day.
