Personnel is one of the important issues in preparation for the 2021-2026 term.
The Communist Party of Vietnam's key task in 2019 is to prepare personnel for the Secretariat and the Politburo in the 2021-2026, Thanh Nien newspaper reported, citing a senor Party official.
Accordingly, the Party Central Committee’s Personnel Commission will work on the issue to make consultancy for the top bodies, Deputy Head of the commission Nguyen Thanh Binh said at a meeting earlier this week.
The move is part of the issues in the building of the Party to prepare for the 13th national congress, which is scheduled to take place in early 2021.
Personnel is one of important issues that the CPV’s Central Committee focused on during its 9th plenum in late December 2018.
The committee said the personnel preparations have been made with the issuance of several central resolutions on personnel management, appointment, transfer, and assessment to select qualified candidates for the 2021-2026 term.
