On the afternoon of February 12, member of the Politburo, Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi received Chinese Ambassador in Vietnam - Mr.Hong Xiao Dzung.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi confirmed that during development, Hanoi wishes to expand friendly relations with the Capital Cities of the world, including the Chinese locals and welcomes Chinese investors to invest in Hanoi.
Specifically, in 2015, aiming to celebrate 65 years since the establishment of Vietnam - China diplomatic ties , Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi wished Ambassador Hong Xiao Dzung on working positions will have positive contributions, contributing to promote cooperation in all fields between Vietnam and China, as well as between Hanoi with Chinese locals.
Ambassador Hong Xiao Dzung thanked for being warmly welcomed by Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi. He also hopes that while working in Vietnam, he will receive the attention and support of Hanoi. The good feelings about Vietnam, especially Hanoi, the Ambassador said he would do his best to strengthen and develop friendly relations between China and Vietnam in general, as well as between Hanoi and the provinces of China in particular, contributing to deepen Vietnam - China strategic partnership.
