Post-paid subscribers use SmartBILL

The Hanoitimes -  Post-paid customers of Smartlink and VMS Mobifone can now pay their mobile phone accounts o­nline (SmartBILL) via the website http://mobifone.com.vn.

The SmartBILL service is used by six banks - Vietcombank, Techcombank, VIBank, GPBank, TienPhongBank and Eximbank.
