The first day of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s 13th Congress concluded with the passing of some main documents guiding the proceeding of the Congress that will officially open tomorrow [January 26].
Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan chaired the preparatory meeting on Monday.
The meeting passed the regulations on working sessions and voting of the congress.
Delegates elected the Presidium of 17 members, the Secretariat of five members, and the Delegate Eligibility Verification Board of 13 members.
