Security tightened in the first day of Party National Congress

The first day of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s 13th Congress took place in Hanoi in absolute security.

Armed forces have joined the missions, setting up layers of security around the National Convention Center in My Dinh, where accommodates nearly 1,600 delegates.
