He will also discuss with Chinese leaders measures to boost healthy, stable and long lasting relations between the two Parties and countries, meeting their peoples’ aspirations and interests, said Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Hai Binh.
Answering media workers’ questions about recent disturbances occurring at several foreign businesses, including those from China, Binh said Vietnam felt regret about the incident, as well as several Chinese casualties.
Vietnam will provide humanitarian aid for the Chinese victims, he said, adding that the Vietnam-China Friendship Association will visit China to send sympathy and console the bereaved.
Binh emphasized that Vietnam will continue implementing the Government’s support policy for affected businesses to help them iron out snags and resume normal operations.
Vietnam has been investigating the chaos to strictly deal with law-breakers and to ensure safety and security for Chinese businesspeople and workers, as well as other foreign businesses in the country, he added.
