Tuyen told participants that in 2017, about 92 percent of HCM City’s agencies met the government’s requirements to devise administrative management plans and the city aims to have all agencies met the requirements this year.
Local authorities will focus on implementing Resolution 54 on special mechanisms and policies in terms of apparatus, land management, investment and finance-state budget, he said.
HCM City will form inter-sectoral working groups on investment and construction to ensure right procedures, along with a group managing public debts.
In 2018, the city sets the goal of increasing people’s and businesses’ satisfaction about administrative units and the rate of documents handled through the electronic single-window stood at more than 90 percent.
