Thanks to effort to overcome difficulties, Hanoi businesspeople and artisans have created high-quality, branded and competitive products for domestic and international markets. They also have made significant contribution to the change of structure and socio-economic development of the city.For the near future, the businesspeople and artisans shall continue their endeavors, support each other for mutual development, perform their core role in the economic development and restructuring of Hanoi, make contribution to fulfilling targets of the city, namely preserve, develop the cultural identities of Hanoi, follow and realize the laws, raise competitiveness, apply science and high technology, and increase human resource training to meet demand of integration in the new context.
The artisans shall fulfill their task of preserving and promoting values of craft villages and occupations, further bring strengths and potentials of each village into full play, strive to implement the One Village One Product program efficiently, connect products of craft villages with tourism development, and connect chains of craft villages’ products. They shall also cultivate crafts and teach the next generations.
The Hanoi businesspeople and artisans promote the role of pioneers in economic growth, enhance the spirit of self-reliance, creativity and desire to enrich them and contribute to the community, society, capital city and country.
The Communist Party Official Section of Municipal People’s Committee shall take following actions:
Direct authorities to sum up information, receive feedback of participants of the meeting, assign city’s agencies and sectors to consider them and act as advisor to handle the proposals, and report result to the Standing Commission of Party Committee;
Consider and suggest polices as well as mechanisms to ease difficulties in recognizing title of artisan; review implemented plans, programs and projects, add measures to enhance land access index; build smart city; determine target commodities; conduct selective and efficient investment for development of craft villages;
Further promote administration reform, implement inter-level One Stop Shop mechanism; review, complete working processes and prepare document to specify responsibilities, authority and missions of the agency in charge; overcome difficulties and shortcomings, and publicize information of planning; increase investment, speed up progress of projects on infrastructure, and complete grounds of industrial clusters and zones.
The Department of Industry and Trade shall review and suggest measures to improve efficiency of trade promotion activities, craft product introduction center, and act as advisor in giving assignment to city’s Steering Committee for One Village One Product program. The Department of Information and Communications shall check and handle the participation of Association of Female Small and Medium Enterprises in city’s general e-trading platform. The Department of Tourism shall review and give proposal on tourism and introduction of craft village products.
Relevant agencies shall check and tackle shortcomings, such as issuing land use right certificate, checking fire prevention and fighting, settling investment procedures, and granting construction license and planning.
