Hanoi Planning 2021 2030

It is imperative for Hanoi to establish unique urban areas dedicated to cultural development to effectively create a model city that is civilized, modern, and prosperous.

This would include the adjustment of the city's construction planning and the orientation of the capital planning, both with vision to 2050.

The goal for Hanoi by 2030 is to become a "civilized – modern - cultured" city, serving as the center and driving force for the development of the Red River Delta and the whole country.

Hanoi is expected to accelerate the planning, which is currently behind schedule.

The goal is to ensure the effective use of different resources to serve the capital city’s development goals for the 2021-2030 period and subsequent years.
