Priority should be given to efficient land clearance while strictly following legal regulations on compensation, support, resettlement, and safeguarding people's rights and interests.

Tolls for the entire 113 km of Ring Road No.4, scheduled to be operational by 2027, would range from VND214,000 to VND815,000 ($8.81-$33.54).

The construction of Ring Road 4 - Capital Region, designed to facilitate restructuring urban areas in the surrounding localities, began today in Hanoi.

The investment in the construction of Ring Road 4, located in the Capital Region, will create new opportunities for development in the entire region, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The municipal party chief considers the project a political duty and urges local units to ensure timely, high-quality completion by 2026.

The goal is for Hanoi to speed up major infrastructure projects, including the Ring Road No.4 – Hanoi capital region and metro lines.

The focus is on the construction of Ring Road 4 and real estate projects in the city.

Upon completion and opening to traffic in early 2027, the project is expected to enhance connectivity between Hanoi and other northern provinces and support the socioeconomic development of the entire north region.

The project aims to construct a system of local street and service roads spanning approximately 58.2km in Hanoi.

Once completed, Ring Road No.4 will create a new development space for Hanoi, the Capital Region, and the Northern Key Economic zone.
