Infrastructure Projects

The projects are expected to reduce traffic congestion on highly transited roads in Hanoi's downtown.

The municipal People’s Council has approved six out of 11 projects proposed by the Hanoi People’s Committee.

The total investment capital of the expressway project has now been raised to VND100.81 trillion (US$4.32 billion), including VND78.46 trillion (US$3.36 billion) from the state budget.

Ring roads No.4 and 5 would help ensure greater connectivity between Hanoi and other localities.
