Talk by artist Vo Tran Chau and researcher Tran Quang Duc

Exhibition of embroidered paintings, fabric sculptures and a unique form of mosaic tapestry/painting not often seen in Vietnam following artist Vo Tran Chau’s research about the Nguyễn dynasty in Hue city.

At the intersection of history and his-stories, Võ Trân Châu and researcher Trần Quang Đức (author of ‘A Thousand Years of Costumes’) will share their journeys, one in making artworks and the other in excavating alternative historical threads. The session will be facilitated by Nguyễn Bích Trà, Sàn Art Manager.
Võ Trân Châu (b. 1986 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) graduates from the Fine Art University of Ho Chi Minh City.
