The fair is currently held at the Cultural, Information, and Sports Center of Thanh Tri District from October 6 to 11. This event is part of the festivities commemorating the 69th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day, which spans from October 10, 1954, to October 10, 2023. It serves the dual purpose of stimulating consumer demand and boosting the overall retail sales in the city while effectively promoting the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" campaign.

Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that Hanoi has been actively assisting various localities in introducing and connecting their fruits, agricultural products, and specialties with the Hanoi market. This support has been carried out through over 100 trade activities and fairs.

Furthermore, Hanoi has extended its support to provinces like Bac Kan, Nghe An, Kon Tum, and Tay Ninh, facilitating surveys and direct collaboration with distribution channels in the city. These channels include Aeon, Central Retail, MM Mega Market, Biggreen, and Duc Thanh chains.
