The Photographic Society of America (PSA) recently announced the winners of its Who’s Who in Photography contest for 2013 on its website, citing two Vietnamese photographers.
Binh Dinh-born Dao Tien Dat ranked first in the Top Overseas Exhibitors in Small Colour Prints. He also placed 6th in the Small Black-and-White Prints and 8th in Travel Photos.

In the Top Overseas Exhibitors, Gia Lai-born Tran Phong finished second in Small Black-and-White Prints, 16th in Small Colour Prints, and 20th in Travel Photos.

Over the past four years, Dao Tien Dat has been ranked first in Top Overseas Exhibitors by the PSA for small prints three times while Tran Phong has come first for digital photos once.
More than 1,100 photographers from around the globe are listed in PSA Who's Who in Photography.
