Vietnamese musical robot to display in Japan, US

A battery-operated musical robot named ‘Tosy’, produced by the TOSY Robotics Company in Vietnam, will be introduced at the CEATEC Japan 2012- Cutting Edge IT & Electronics Comprehensive Exhibition from October 2-6.

Teenage pop star Justin Bieber and Ho Vinh Hoang, founder and CEO of TOSY Robotics Company, present mRobo at the CES in Las Vegas.


Other Vietnamese entertainment robots, mRobo, DiscoRobo and SketRobo, received great response and praise from an admiring public at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in January.


The o­ne-of-a-kind gadget is designed like a high quality portable loudspeaker. When the music plays, the gadget comes alive and transforms into a full-bodied dancing robot with signature moves. The mRobo looks like a teenage boy dressed in white clothes.


TOSY Robotics Company has also completed many orders from Brazil, Denmark, Sweden and Norway for other products including Tosy UFO and spinning tops.


The entertainment robot ‘Tosy’ will also be o­n display at the American International Fall Toy Show 2012 in Dallas in the US from October 4-6.
