The Vietnam Private Economic Forum (VPSF) 2025 is one of key activities to propel Vietnam into a new era and realize its vision of becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045.

At the press conference announcing the forum, which was held in Hanoi at the end of June, Pham Thi Bich Hue, Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs' Association, said: "The VPSF 2025 is designed to contribute to creating a transparent and sustainable development environment and to unleashing the full potential of the Vietnamese private economic sector."

The forum will include three dialogue rounds. The first will be held in July and August 2025 and will consist of local-level dialogues in ten regional clusters across the country covering four main topics: value chain autonomy, institutional creation, globalization of Vietnamese values, and strategic capacity.

The second round will be held in mid-September and will consist of four thematic dialogue sessions among representatives of ministries, sectors, businesses, and economic experts.

The final round will be held immediately afterward, with delegates attending a high-level dialogue and issuing the VPSF 2025 Joint Statement, expressing their commitment to supporting the private economic sector in creating a transparent and modern development environment that meets the new era's requirements.

Right after the forum, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs' Association will develop an independent toolkit to assess the readiness of private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized ones, in each locality.
