Tet Fair – Year of the Pig 2019 at ParkCity Hanoi
The Year of the Pig is coming to town with plenty of activities. In the warm and exciting atmosphere of the Tet Holiday, for the first time ever, people of Ha Dong district will get to experience a Tet fair with hundreds of booths with cultural activities from all three regions of the country. This special event will be held on January 19 – 20, 2019 at ParkCity Hanoi.
Hoping to bring out the soul of Vietnamese Tet holiday from every corner of the streets, ParkCity Hanoi will host the Tet Fair – Year of the Pig 2019 with almost 100 booths with traditional crafts and specialties.. Aside from hosting a wide variety of booths, the fair is aimed at recreating a vivid image of Vietnamese folk culture through iconic performances from all three regions of the countries: Mai Trung Hoa dance, bài chòi singing, ancient chèo, đờn ca tài tử Nam Bộ (Southern amateur music). Old chèo melodies will convey the diverse culture of the prosperous Northern Delta while bai choi artists will tell the stories of a strong, rustic and genuine Central Vietnam. Participants will also get to immerse themselves in the sweet melodies from Southern Vietnam.

Exhibition “Senses of Hanoi”
Inspired by the concept “If you trust a city, that city will always have its own way to keep you calm”, the exhibition “Senses of Hanoi” is the answer to your doubt, marking the first journey of the art project of the same name.
At the exhibition, they will take you on a journey of simple yet meaningful stories on the Hanoians’ hope through various activities, including stories told through paper lantern, screening of old movies.
