The conference is expected to attract 250 delegates from across the country including 181 young people who have made significant achievements in the fields of science and technology. This year's awards will honour 10 outstanding young talents in information technology, medicine and pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, and environmental science.
The event will be co-organised by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and the Ministry of Science and Technology, aiming to encourage young people to study and master science and technology. It will also recognise their creative practical solutions and high-value research projects with applications that will contribute to national economic and social development.
