2015-2016 school-year opening ceremony organized on September 5 nationwide
Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga signed Document No. 4192 on August 18 giving instructions to Education and Training Departments across the country on the school-year opening ceremony.
According to the document issued by the Education and Training Ministry, all schools nationwide will organize the opening ceremony for the 2015-2016 school year on the morning on September 5.
Schools across the country are required to hold the activities of the ceremony focusing on welcoming first-year students, saluting the national flag, singing the national anthem, and reading the President’s letter alongside art performance and sport activities to ensure the opening day is a festival for students.
