250 Vietnamese dresses introduced at Hanoi’s Temple of Literature

The fashion show aims to honour traditional craft villages in Hanoi that have maintained and developed the craft for years.

As many as 250 traditional Vietnamese dresses (Ao Dai) by famous Vietnamese designers will be introduced at a festival to take place at Hanoi’s Temple of Literature on October 10.
 
This is one of culture activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation Day this year (October 10).
It will feature some typical craft villages such as Van Phuc silk village, Bat Trang ceramics village, and jewellery villages.
Nearly 60 artisans from 20 traditional craft villages will boast of their skills, reflecting their daily routine.
More than 200 top Vietnamese models will participate in the programme.
