Accordingly, the festival will take place December 1-5, 2015 at Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Vietnamese Cinema - Ethnic, humanity, creativity, integration".
The festival will focus on film works which show high rich of humanity, full of national identities, and have new artistic and creative expression.
A lot of activities will take place during the festival, including: Program for competition films, panoramic program (Panorama), workshops, seminars; the opening and closing ceremonies.
Currently, Vietnam Department of Cinema began receiving films enrolled the festival.
