Approving an art performance to mark 70th anniversary of the National Day, September 2

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ministry said on July 20 that the ministry approved a special art performance to celebrate 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and the National Day (September 2).

The program themed "Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh Era" will take place on the night of September 2 in Hanoi and will be broadcast live on  the Vietnam Television.
The performance is a semi-epic story told through dancing, music and singing combined with movies, documentaries, sound, lights and stage techniques to create impressively grandiose scenes.

The program aims to highlight the "Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh Era", portraying the historic period of the nation’s heroic revolutionary war under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Around 500 artists from the military and central art units in Hanoi will participate in the performance.
Besides, a music concert "The Autumn Melodies" will also be organised at the My Dinh stadium to mark 70th anniversary of the August Revolution, the National Day and 70 years of founding of the cultural sector.
