Azerbaijan hopes to provide technical support for Hanoi's traffic

On the morning of October 20th, Chairman of Hanoi`s People Committee Nguyen The Thao received Mr. Anar- Lachin oglu Imanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam who paid a courtesy visit to Vietnam in his tenure.

At the meeting, Mr. Anar Lachin oglu Imanov thanked Chairman Nguyen The Thao for warmly welcoming him and expressed his impression on the rapid development of Hanoi city in recent years.
 
Chairman Nguyen The Thao receives Mr. Anar Lachin oglu Imanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam
Talking with Chairman of Hanoi's People Committee Nguyen The Thao, Ambassador Anar Lachin oglu Imanov shared difficulties and challenges which Hanoi has to solve in the process of development and wished to support Hanoi in traffic management. 
Azerbaijan is willing to provide finacial aid and sources for traffic management and the construction of camera system.
Besides, Azerbaijan also helps Hanoi deploy projects on evironmental sences near West lake.
Chairman Nguyen The Thao congratulated Mr. Anar Lachin oglu Imanov on his new position as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam. Chairman Nguyen The Thao also highly appreciated Ambassador's proposals and stated that cooperation between Vietnam and Azerbaijan on traffic management is a good chance. 
Chairman Nguyen The Thao proposed the two sides continue exchanging to choose the best method to solve traffic problems and environmental safety.
